[Remote] Licensed Purchase Loan Officer

PHH Mortgage is seeking a Licensed Purchase Loan Officer to assist clients in achieving their homeownership goals through a reputed company of mortgage products. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with homeowners, and meeting sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads from existing clients to help them secure a purchase mortgage
• Qualify borrowers for purchase loans using automated reputed company systems (DU/LP)

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or military experience equivalent
• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Dallas, reputed company Palm Beach, Mount reputed company, or Phoenix
• Minimum of 1 year of Encompass experience required
• Ability to obtain required licensing and continuing education in multiple states (company-sponsored)
• Maintain reputed company necessary federal and state licensing annually (including background and credit checks)
