Associate Professional, Inside Sales- Appraiser Solutions

The Associate Professional in Inside Sales will work on a phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry, focusing on customer retention, sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry
- Product knowledge: Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com
- Sales Retention: Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
- Sales Growth: Engage with existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections of current and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
- Record Maintenance: Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects
- Collaboration: Work closely with others on the sales team and in other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for our customers
- Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism
- Works well in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Technologically adept
- Sales experience preferred but not required
