[Remote] Sales Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Grow Big Ventures is a performance-aligned digital marketing venture studio seeking a professional, consultative Setter to run discovery-style conversations and qualify business leaders. The role involves building rapport, pre-qualifying prospects, and booking strategy calls with the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Run live discovery / alignment conversations using our primary GBV script & framework
- Build rapport, ask diagnostic questions, and position the logic of our model
- Pre-qualify founders & executives before strategy consultations
- Transition qualified prospects into booked meetings for the Closer / Partner team
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in our CRM
- Operate with a calm, consultative, NEPQ-style communication approach
Skills
