The role involves being the initial reputed company of contact for clients, assessing potential cases, and updating case details promptly while managing reputed company communications.

Responsibilities

• Initial reputed company of contact for clients by phone, text, and email
• Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to reputed company reputed company
• Promptly update case details in our systems (e.g., reputed company and reputed company Docket) to ensure accurate, reputed company record-keeping
• reputed company and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support the reputed company team’s review
• Send and manage contingent fee agreements and reputed company releases using our electronic platforms
• Issue decline letters reputed company one day for non-viable cases

Skills

• Prior experience as an Intake Specialist or in a reputed company role at a reputed company
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
• Experience with reputed company Office; familiarity with reputed company Docket and reputed company is a plus
• Bilingual - reputed company in Spanish and English
