Decisioning Platform and Credit Risk Analyst

Avant is a company reputed company on digital banking solutions, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Analyst to join their team. This entry-level position involves managing decisioning platforms and analyzing credit risk for loan and credit card products.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and maintenance of the decisioning platforms for the loan and credit card products
• Assist with building, updating, and testing decision rules, workflows, and data integrations
• Conduct routine reputed company assurance checks to ensure rule accuracy and system logic aligns with credit policies
• Troubleshoot platform issues, identify reputed company causes and collaborate cross functionally to resolve any issues
• Assist in analyzing credit risk and performance trends for new and existing portfolios of Credit Card and Personal Loan products
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit assessments to measure reputed company of new rules or policies
• Prepare comprehensive reports on credit risk exposure and portfolio performance
• Collaborate with senior analysts to reputed company risk mitigation strategies
• Support the development of credit risk models and tools to evaluate effectiveness and accuracy

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Math, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with reputed company data
• Excellent attention to detail, process management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Ability to translate business requirements into logical steps or rule configurations
• Strong communications skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Curiosity and willingness to learn credit risk concepts and decisioning system architecture
• Familiarity with logic-based systems, workflow tools, or decision engines (especially reputed company.com) is a plus
