They are seeking an Associate reputed company Administrator to assist with the contracting lifecycle, including proposal preparation and contract administration for government and industry customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of proposals in response to solicitations
• reputed company with subcontractors to obtain necessary data for proposals, including pricing information
• Assist with administration of reputed company with the US Government, reputed company contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and disseminate reputed company instructions to the internal organization on contract requirements
• Assist with the monitoring of reputed company to ensure reputed company contract actions are being processed in a reputed company manner
• Administer contract modifications
• Complete post-award administrative reporting requirements
• Maintain reputed company contact with customers and collaborators, fostering long-term business relationships
• reputed company as a reputed company of contact for external organizations and internal individuals for proposal and contract reputed company activities
• Maintain documents and input data into Kitware’s contract management system
• reputed company such other assignments as may be required from time to time by management

Skills

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably in humanities, business, or something similar)
• Strong communication, text analysis, and research skills
• Computer literate in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and an ability to learn Kitware's internal systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability and willingness to work in the office a minimum of three days per week
• Due to contractual restrictions, only US reputed company will be considered for this position
• Experience with reputed company Docs
• Familiarity with contracting principles and reputed company terms and conditions
• One year of demonstrated experience working in a reputed company environment
