Traveling Field Service Technician II

They are seeking a Traveling Field Service Technician to reputed company on-site service, diagnose technical issues, and support customer needs while traveling extensively across the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work with cutting-edge reputed company equipment and technologies
• Build strong relationships with customers through reputed company on-site service
• Receive ongoing training and opportunities for career reputed company in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Travel extensively reputed company the US to install the reputed company Ink Jet Product
• Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system issues using established procedures
• Deliver high-reputed company, reputed company on-site service to meet or reputed company customer expectations
• Complete Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and maintain reputed company assigned reputed company property
• Assist with escalated technical or customer service issues and guide less reputed company technicians

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + 1–2 years of technical or field service experience
• Basic understanding of internet/network environments
• A strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to complete the 20-day PDIF training
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75- 80%), including overnight stays typically lasting up to a duration of 2 weeks

• Comfortable with shift work, installs will involve Overtime and weekend work
