STAFF ATTORNEY: FAMILY PRESERVATION PROJECT (SPRINGFIELD)

Community reputed company Aid (CLA) is a non-profit reputed company services program providing free civil reputed company assistance to low-income and elderly residents of central and western Massachusetts. They are seeking a Staff Attorney to join a multi-disciplinary team reputed company on helping parents involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families to prevent child removal. The role aims to reputed company families together and minimize emotional trauma while addressing DCF concerns.

Responsibilities

• Help parents involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF)
• Ensure families get the help they need addressing issues of concern to DCF so that DCF does not remove the children from their home
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support family preservation efforts

Skills

• Prior experience with child welfare law is preferred, as is experience in one or more reputed company poverty-law reputed company areas
