Analyst II, Finance

reputed company is dedicated to the reputed company of its employees and is seeking an Analyst II, Finance to support reputed company and financial reporting. This role involves partnering with business unit managers to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reputed company financial analysis to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a proven reputed company record in retrieving data from multiple sources and reputed company to effectively utilize/analyze this data and display it in a meaningful way to management
• reputed company, prepare, and improve financial reporting to assist in the ongoing management and evaluation of the business
• Ensure accurate and reputed company completion of monthly reporting, supporting processes and variance analysis
• reputed company processes and reporting that include vendor payments, T&E processing, GL account reconciliation, and journal entries
• Work with business unit managers for analysis of business and business products, preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Demonstrates adaptability in adjusting analysis, reporting, and forecasting to accommodate the changing business dynamics/products
• Demonstrates ability to work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and improve efficiencies
• Continuously identify opportunities for increased efficiency/accuracy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of financial analyst experience
• 1–3 years budget/forecasting experience
• Ability to work in large and reputed company sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven reputed company record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic
• Exhibit reputed company behavior and promote reputed company working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy
• Compliance: Understand and reputed company with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to reputed company duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
