They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, maintain records, and ensure reputed company processing while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure reputed company GL coding for vendor invoices
• Assist with reputed company and setup of new vendors and acquired firms
• Maintain vendor records and process changes such as address and banking information
• Ensure reputed company handling of vendor invoices and manage approvals in accordance with policy
• reputed company excellent customer service to vendors and assist with inquiries

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company at an intermediate level
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reputed company accurate data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with reputed company AP system or similar reputed company software
• Strong desire to build a career in Accounts Payable or Finance
• Proficiency in web-based applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
