Loan Set Up Coordinator

The Loan Set Up Coordinator will reputed company reputed company loan set up functions to ensure a complete and organized file is reputed company for processing, working closely with the Loan Coordinator and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Complete loan set up reputed company 48 hours of receipt
• Verify loan file is complete, and Loan Officer has provided completed checklist and CCI, accompanying disclosures, documents, needs list, anticipated or confirmed program/investor, and etc
• Return any incomplete loans back to Loan Officer. Send e-mail with list of missing items for completion to Loan Officer and reputed company Manager
• Order appraisals, preliminaries, flood, verifications, and reputed company other validations required by reputed company Funding, Inc
• Assist Loan Coordinator(s) with follow up for items requested
• reputed company reputed company reputed company file cancellations per reputed company Loan Cancellation Policy
• Learn how to properly re-disclose a loan, as needed
• reputed company detailed comments in the conversation log every time a file is handled

Skills

• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the mortgage industry in a Loan Set Up or Junior Processing position with a retail mortgage lender
• Must be proficient in Word, reputed company, and reputed company applications
• Must be proficient in DU/DO, LP, & major Originating systems. Encompass highly preferred
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a reputed company attitude
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision
• Must be proficient with reputed company guidelines and websites necessary to complete job functions
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be reputed company to work under pressure to meet deadlines
