[Remote] Associate Project Manager

They are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support senior Project Managers by coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources for reputed company, while ensuring effective communication across internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Help to reputed company reputed company moving through reputed company, which includes routing work for review according to reputed company processes, handling submissions for reputed company review and medical/reputed company review, meeting setup, and supporting in managing timelines and budgets
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes to take reputed company from concept through to implementation
• Work with reputed company internal departments -- creative, technology, reputed company, account & behavioral services -- during the life of a project
• Be trained and possess extensive knowledge of multiple submission platforms
• Understand assets delivered by creative team to prepare for submission (references, citations, claims, and coordinating with project teams)
• Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures reputed company reputed company through reputed company for review and sign-off reputed company reputed company platform per agency process
• Maintain jobs in system, which includes opening and closing reputed company, updating tasks, uploading files, etc
• Pull weekly project financial reports
• Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
• Assist Senior Project Managers and greater project management team
