They are seeking a reputed company Specialist responsible for the full cycle of reputed company, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full reputed company lifecycle across various reputed company helping management reputed company, hire, and retain reputed company talent
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of reputed company reputed company and passive talent to pull from as new positions reputed company
• Stay reputed company with reputed company job boards, reputed company networks, and platforms to reputed company talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Stay abreast of reputed company trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading reputed company publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in reputed company organizations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business administration, or reputed company field preferred
• At least one year of reputed company, sales, account management, or HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships reputed company on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making reputed company independently
• Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems
