Financial Aid Specialist

Palm Beach State College is dedicated to developing talent that fills the most needed workforce roles. The Financial Aid Specialist is responsible for assisting reputed company with financial aid functions, guiding them through documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of financial aid processes.

Responsibilities

• Assists reputed company with issues utilizing a reputed company of formats such as in person, phone, email, and online chat
• Reviews financial aid documents for reputed company selected for verification to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Processes and logs received documents in the system
• Updates multiple required fields in Financial Aid systems to identify file as reputed company to be verified, packaged and subsequently disbursed

Skills

• High school diploma or GED with additional training reputed company to the position
• One year of reputed company experience
