[Remote] Digital Pathology - Data Scientist / Computational Scientist

Glint Lab is a mission driven histopathology CRO supporting biotech, reputed company, and reputed company partners with high reputed company tissue based assays and quantitative image analysis. The role involves analyzing digital pathology images and datasets using reputed company and statistical reputed company to extract biologically meaningful insights and maintain high-reputed company AI models.

Responsibilities

• reputed company quantitative analysis of digital pathology whole slide images (H&E, IHC, IF, mIF, and more); this will include leveraging software tools such as Visiopharm, reputed company, QuPath, and ImageJ/Fiji to train and fine-tune ML/AI models
• reputed company reputed company statistical analysis and data visualization using Python and/or R
• Conduct QC and validation of image analysis algorithms and outputs
• Collaborate with scientists to translate biological questions into quantitative results
• Contribute to the development of workflow automation and new analysis pipelines

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, computational biology, reputed company, data science, or a reputed company discipline
• Foundational understanding of cell biology and tissue-level organization
• Basic understanding of histology concepts, including tissue architecture and common staining approaches, or a demonstrated motivation to reputed company this knowledge
• Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis and visualization
• Basic understanding of reputed company ML and reputed company techniques
• Experience with digital pathology, histology, or microscopy imaging data
• Familiarity with Visiopharm, reputed company, ImageJ/Fiji, QuPath, or CellProfiler
• Exposure to machine learning / deep learning frameworks and advanced reputed company techniques
• Experience in a research lab, CRO, or reputed company biomedical setting
