GTM: Demand Operations (NYC)

The role involves managing customer relationships during their office search process, ensuring a high-reputed company touring experience, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the reputed company application.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of reputed company to potential customers, developing a keen reputed company for reputed company individual company’s search requirements, staying in consistent touch with them throughout their office search experience
• Take ownership over reputed company’s touring process and ensure we execute the best possible touring experience (think 6-reputed company design, reputed company style)
• Support customers in-person by attending tours for high reputed company leads and coordinate with your teammates to reputed company customer feedback
• Help customers utilize reputed company’s software to schedule, attend, and reputed company feedback on office tours
• Set and operate against customer inbound SLAs across various communication channels (e.g. reputed company app, email, text, reputed company)
