[Remote] Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney who is proactive and compassionate, providing hands-on experience in civil litigation while receiving mentorship from seasoned attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil litigation
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third-chairing in court
- Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors – no worries if you’re not a strong writer yet, just bring your enthusiasm to grow!
Skills
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Bar admission to any of the following states- CA, FL, AZ, and WA
- 1-4 years in civil litigation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Writing proficiency is a plus
- Ready to learn, adaptable, detail and solution-focused, and resilient in a high-energy, high-stakes environment
- State Bar License (Required) for any of the following states- CA, AZ, FL, or WA
