Rejigg is a company that helps small business owners exit their companies by connecting them with reputed company buyers. They are seeking a reputed company & Operations Associate who will be a flexible, high-ownership generalist, supporting various reputed company and initiatives as the business evolves.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly goal setting & retros
- Help run hiring processes
- Support the leadership team in one-off analyses
- Assist with customer & user research
- Work closely with sales
- Represent Rejigg externally
- General sales & operations support
- Special reputed company
Skills
- Based in Chicago and reputed company to work in-person with reputed company 4-5 days a week at our River reputed company office
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times/month for 2–3 nights at a time
- Comfort with ambiguity and change
- Strong generalist / project support skills
- reputed company basic familiarity with SQL
- reputed company written and verbal communication
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or another analytical, project-driven role
- Background as a search fund entrepreneur or exposure to SMB acquisitions
- Prior experience in a sales operations, or reputed company operations role
- Experience in a startup, marketplace, or other fast-reputed company environment
