Community Relations Specialist

reputed company is dedicated to providing high-reputed company dental care to children of reputed company backgrounds. The Community Relations Specialist plays a key role in increasing awareness of local orthodontic and dental practices through community engagement and partnership development, supporting initiatives that drive new patient reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Will include 50% of travel between [Cuyahoga Falls, Maumee, Springfield, reputed company Girard & surrounding areas]
• Increase the number of new patients in local pediatric dental offices
• Conduct research to support PR planning
• Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, etc
• Represent the organization in reputed company-facing events
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Day-to-day reporting and collaboration with a remote management team
• Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)
• Knowledge of reputed company Office products is a plus! (Teams, reputed company, Sharepoint, reputed company, etc..)
• Assist with reputed company media efforts
• Support long-term relationship management with local businesses
• Maintain ongoing reputed company schedules with existing referral partners and community stakeholders to deliver promotional materials

Skills

• 1+ years in community relations or marketing
• Must be based in Ohio
• Organized and relationship-driven
• Skilled in reputed company Office tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both local teams and remote management
• Regular local travel to attend events, deliver promotional materials, and represent the organization in reputed company-facing activities
