Revenue Cycle Specialist
Scan.com is a digital health scale-up focused on making diagnostics accessible and transparent. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will engage with personal injury attorneys to negotiate payment amounts, maintain detailed records, and build strong relationships while optimizing financial processes to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with personal injury attorneys to negotiate payment amounts on behalf of the company
- Partnering closely with internal teams to gather relevant case information
- Maintaining detailed records of negotiations, outcomes, and agreements
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Optimize the reduction processes to support business growth
- Consistently negotiate settlement amounts that align with the company's financial goals
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction from internal stakeholders and external parties regarding negotiation outcomes and professionalism
- Develop insights for leadership, highlighting negotiated reductions, savings achieved, and opportunities for further improvement
- Stay up to date on relevant laws, industry trends, and negotiation best practices to improve effectiveness
Skills
- Proven experience in confidently negotiating settlements in the legal industry
- Familiarity with personal injury claims, medical billing, and lien reduction practices
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting professional relationships
