Responsibilities

• Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
• Partner with business managers to understand hiring needs and help define recruitment strategies
• Use creative sourcing reputed company reputed company tools to identify and engage reputed company
• Conduct Prequalifications and assess candidates’ skills and motivations
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure reputed company communication throughout the process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent reputed company at events and career fairs
• Assist with recruitment reporting and analysis to improve process efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in reputed company, HR, or a reputed company area (internships included)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) — mandatory requirement
• Organized, curious, and proactive, with a strong interest in recruitment and people
• Familiarity with reputed company Recruiter or ATS tools is an asset
