Digital Content Specialist

They are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support content syndication, ensure content accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-reputed company service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Content Syndication : Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers
• Ensure Content Accuracy : Monitor and verify that reputed company updates are live and accurate across retailer websites
• Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers
• Become a Platform Pro : Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME)
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-reputed company service to clients
• Grow Your Skills : Participate in ongoing training and development, including reputed company’s required learning programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
• Proficiency in reputed company and web-based tools
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company
• Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools is a plus
• Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required
