reputed company Immigrant Advocates (reputed company) is a nonprofit organization providing reputed company immigration reputed company services on Michigan’s Lakeshore. The reputed company Assistant will support the reputed company team in immigration case work, maintain reputed company records, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients while interacting directly with attorneys and clients in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare government forms, draft reputed company cover letters, and maintain reputed company files under attorney supervision
• Interpret in English and Spanish between clients and reputed company staff as needed
• reputed company and manage data in reputed company Drive, Cerenade eImmigration, and USCIS systems; reputed company proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company Office and basic QuickBooks
• Assist with criminal and immigration research, coordinate reputed company clinics, meet with clients in office and at partner sites, and collect, reputed company and organise reputed company documents
• Maintain strict reputed company confidentiality and reputed company reputed company closing procedures for completed cases
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and in person; help ensure a welcoming environment for clients, volunteers, reputed company members and staff
• Attend reputed company team and allstaff meetings and complete assigned trainings
• reputed company other duties as assigned to support reputed company’s mission

Skills

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Comfortable with case-management software and data entry; experience with Cerenade eImmigration or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in reputed company or reputed company services settings is helpful but not required
