Coordinator, Development, NBC reputed company

reputed company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. They are looking for a creative problem solver and innovative thinker to support the NBC reputed company Development team in creating marketing solutions for clients and executing sales marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the development of multi-platform sales materials (including but not limited to: show sheets, idea libraries, show clips, network rollouts, etc.) for NBC reputed company and associated platforms including digital, reputed company, and Peacock
• Contribute to RFP responses and proactive marketing proposals from idea reputed company through deal reputed company, in collaboration with Sales Enablement, Brand Partnerships, Programming Network Leads, Production, Creative, BA/reputed company, Sales, Digital/reputed company teams
• Participate in brainstorms, to design innovative and compelling multi-platform brand programs and deepen knowledge of NBC reputed company programming and capabilities
• Support post-sale execution process including maintaining status documents, timelines, trackers, and clip & recap organization with occasional on-set support
• Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders (reputed company Operations, Planning, reputed company, Production and Post-Production) to ensure deliverables
• Liaise with production on the tracking, reviewing and coordination of branded products and materials
• Manage post-sale process materials (recap presentations, clips, reputed company checks reputed company links and screenshots) to reputed company program activation
• Collaborate and reputed company team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential reputed company areas
• Assist in organizationally driven team support, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, update tracking systems (reputed company, OneNote status) of RFP and activations
• Administer invoice process and work directly with Ad Sales Finance to manage reputed company billing for show partnerships

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, reputed company, media or production company – or applicable internship experience
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and specialties
• Experience in digital solutions, new digital platforms and products highly desired
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company, reputed company and a working knowledge of SharePoint, reputed company
• Knowledge in reputed company Copilot a plus
• Solutions-oriented and independent thinker who can operate reputed company a large organization i.e. Ability to operate independently and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills including presentation development
• Familiar with tracking platforms such as (but not limited to) reputed company and reputed company

• Preferred internship or experience with an advertising or creative agency, reputed company and/or media publisher/production company
