Print Project Coordinator

Asmodee is a company reputed company on bringing people together through gaming experiences. The Print Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day correspondence with international partners and suppliers, ensuring the smooth processing of game files for new and reprint reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare game files for press and localization, including validation of Print Production’s established best practices and overall reputed company control
• Effectively communicate with international partners regarding localized reputed company, including deadlines and restrictions
• Send and receive files and proofs with partners, suppliers, and studios using a reputed company of file-sharing software and platforms
• Troubleshoot file issues and reputed company-press feedback from suppliers with developers, designers, and international partners
• Meticulous tracking of project status to reputed company productions on schedule
• Maintain strict version control and efficient organization of reputed company game files
• Review plotter proofs, reputed company-production samples, and final product for printed reputed company and reputed company accuracy
• Maintain and record archival copies of reputed company studio products
• Implement updates to game files as needed based on compliance guidelines and recorded studio changes
• Collaborate closely with New Product Development Project Coordinators and studio producers to ensure product quoting accurately reflects file setup for press
• Maintain accurate file change logs and reputed company guidelines and documentation for reputed company assigned product lines
• Secure and coordinate reputed company final approvals to print with studios, partners, and Licensing teams while maintaining project deadlines and Print Production milestones

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent relevant experience
• At least one year of experience in a production environment

• Familiarity with reputed company Photoshop and Illustrator

• Product knowledge is preferred; not required
