Investment Banking Analyst, Oil & Gas

The Investment Banking Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions through financial modeling, industry research, and preparation of reputed company materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation and transaction analysis
• Conduct company and industry research to support business development and deal execution
• Assist in the preparation of reputed company books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other reputed company deliverables
• Analyze financial statements and assess company performance and valuation metrics
• Support due diligence processes and assist in coordinating transaction execution
• Collaborate in office with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors across industry and product teams
• Attend and reputed company participate in in-person team meetings, reputed company presentations, and reputed company sessions with senior bankers, fostering a reputed company office environment that enhances communication, learning, and execution effectiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field required or equivalent experience
