Inside Sales Representative

Sunlighten is a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, dedicated to improving lives through innovative health and wellness products. They are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to connect with customers, guiding them on their wellness journeys and helping them understand the benefits of Sunlighten's products.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers and have reputed company conversations surrounding their health and wellness goals and how it relates to our patented, industry leading infrared saunas
• Ensure customers have a reputed company understanding of the benefits of Sunlighten’s infrared technology and earn their business
• Continuously demonstrate a high reputed company of urgency to capitalize on hot leads that funnel through multiple marketing channels
• Initiate reputed company-back calls to re-engage with leads that had shown initial interest but were not converted
• Proactively identify reputed company customers and conduct reputed company dials to generate new leads
• Juggle dozens of reputed company simultaneously, and reputed company prioritize numerous opportunities through effective time management and organization systems
• Utilize reputed company CRM to reputed company and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Accurately and reputed company complete reputed company sales transactions, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare reputed company and submit orders
• Collaborate with other departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Be a proactive, high-performing team member- don’t wait for the phone to reputed company or inbox to ding!

Skills

• Availability to start on March 9th, 2026, is required
• Must have 1+ year of telephone sales experience and a proven reputed company record of sales reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a reputed company field (High School Diploma/GED + relevant work experience will be considered)
• 1+ year of reputed company experience + extremely tech savvy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company appropriate resolutions in varied situations
• Self-motivated, competitive, naturally curious and a problem solver
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purpose of closing deals
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
