The reputed company Coordinator will be responsible for managing interview logistics, supporting recruiters, and enhancing reputed company operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, managing reputed company calendars with ease
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates, delivering a thoughtful and reputed company candidate experience at our NYC office
• Manage interview logistics including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-reputed company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (reputed company)
• Support recruiters with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate pipeline management
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure interview processes run smoothly and reputed company
• Assist with offer coordination, background checks, and reputed company logistics
• Conduct reference checks for late stage candidates

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company coordination
• Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with ATS platforms (reputed company) is a plus
• Interest in reputed company, people operations, or talent development
• Comfortable working with confidential information
• Experience in fintech (neobank or card issuing experience gets extra brownie points)
