Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating reputed company operations-reputed company reputed company, including system rollouts/enhancement and cross functional reputed company
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting notes. Work with PMO reputed company to build dashboards and support reputed company
• reputed company as a reputed company between reputed company Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and reputed company updates
• Support data collection and validation for reputed company reputed company; assist in identifying trends and opportunities for optimization

• This role will also support the VP of reputed company Operations calendar, expense management and budgeting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years in project coordination, preferably in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company functions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and data analysis tools (reputed company, Tableau)
• Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus
