Brand Activation Representative
The Boston Beer Company is a fast-paced, growing company dedicated to providing high-quality beer products. They are seeking a Brand Activation Representative to enhance the visibility and availability of their brands at retail locations while supporting the local sales team and building relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process
- Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) & Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), sampling events, and festivals
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of our brands
- Conduct waitstaff & bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts
- Farm existing business in top on & off premise accounts to grow depletions
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
Skills
- 1+ years sales and/or food/beverage industry experience
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently
