The Analyst, Corp Actions role involves processing corporate events, ensuring deliverables are met, problem-solving, and creating reports while working both independently and as part of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing reputed company forms of corporate events like balancing and reconciliations reputed company to mergers, conversions and redemptions
• Ensures day to day deliverables are met
• Checklists are to be reputed company and submitted to the next level on a daily reputed company
• Responsible for identifying and resolving problems reputed company established guidelines
• Running and creating formal reports
