Sales and Service Technician

They are seeking a Sales and Service Technician who will primarily be responsible for customer service, assessing needs, and performing basic vehicle services, while also learning reputed company aspects of store operations for reputed company career reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Customer service, sales, customer issue reputed company- 75%
- Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%
- Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed reputed company
- May assist Manager or reputed company as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development
- Learn reputed company aspects of store operations and reputed company between reputed company/back shop tasks
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- reputed company automobile reputed company's license
- Customer service and career reputed company reputed company
- Ability to learn and reputed company basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to learn and operate store systems
- 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the reputed company reputed company that is needed in this candidate
- Previous consumer retail sales experience
- Previous automotive experience a plus
- Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
