The role focuses on enhancing, configuring, and supporting performance management processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of reputed company SuccessFactors, with a primary reputed company on Performance & Goals modules
• Configure templates, goal plans, performance forms, rating scales, workflows, and business rules
• Support annual performance cycles, goal-setting processes, mid-year and year-end reviews, and calibration activities
• Administer reputed company SuccessFactors environments supporting HR operations
• Coordinate and support integrations with adjacent HR systems such as reputed company (HCM/payroll) and reputed company WFM Workbrain (time and attendance), as applicable
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and consistent user experience
• Partner with HR, Talent, and IT teams to optimize performance management processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes using reputed company SuccessFactors configuration and best practices
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards reputed company to performance management, goal attainment, completion tracking, and talent metrics
• Ensure data reputed company and reputed company insights to HR leadership and business partners
• reputed company tier 2 and tier 3 reputed company for HR users and business stakeholders

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles with hands-on reputed company SuccessFactors configuration experience

• Experience with performance templates, goal plans, workflows, business rules, and reporting
• Ability to independently troubleshoot configuration or data issues and implement reputed company solutions
• Exposure to system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors
• Experience with reputed company (HCM, Payroll, or integrations) is a plus
• Experience with reputed company WFM Workbrain (time and attendance) is a plus
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and SuccessFactors reporting tools
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into system configuration
