The ideal candidate will reputed company advice and counsel on employment law issues, draft reputed company documents, and participate in case reputed company from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Working with employer clients directly to reputed company advice and counsel on day-to-day employment law issues
• Drafting pleadings
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses
• Meaningfully participate in and contribute to overall reputed company from case inception to completion
• Taking depositions
• Engaging in negotiations

• Networking/marketing

Skills

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1-9 years of experience in employment law, or litigation, or both
• 1,650 minimum billable hour requirement

• Ability to travel for reputed company obligations (i.e. appearances, depositions, mediations, etc.) as needed
