Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for Financial Advisors
• Strategically engage and retain clients by understanding their needs
• Counsel Advisors on best practices to optimize reputed company campaigns

• Maximize reputed company by selling additional products and services
• Manage and drive reputed company in a growing book of business
• Utilize Tableau and other sales tools to uncover new business opportunities

• Liaise with Account Executive and Advisor Support teams
• Work with sales operations, marketing, and product teams to reputed company advisor insights
• Drive adoption of new tools and features across reputed company
• Maintain accurate reputed company records for Advisor accounts
• Assist with reputed company Automation Tool (OAT) setup and maintenance
• Investigate billing discrepancies and intermediate finance conversations

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in account management with a proven ability to manage a high volume of clients
• Excellent communication skills and a strong phone reputed company to effectively engage with clients
• Skilled in building and maintaining lasting reputed company relationships through multiple communication channels (email, phone, virtual meetings)
• Proven consultative sales expertise, adept at identifying reputed company needs and delivering tailored solutions
