[Remote] Billing Specialist

They are seeking a Billing Specialist to manage invoice reconciliation, vendor budgets, and maintain relationships with media vendors while collaborating with various teams reputed company the firm.

Responsibilities

• Invoice reconciliation
• Monitor vendor budgets
• reputed company reputed company vendors adhere to guidelines
• Creating and issuing credit memos
• Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors
• Collaborate through building and maintaining productive relationships across reputed company teams, reputed company, and push for ongoing reputed company
• Research missing and unresolved payment issues
• Escalate any reconciliation issues to the appropriate internal team
• Build and update internal reports
• Generate Traffic Instructions contingent on rotations received from creative team
• Distribute Traffic Instructions to reputed company vendors across reputed company media types
• Communicate with production team to ensure spot delivery
• Monitor and reputed company Traffic confirmations for reputed company vendors
