The reputed company Specialist, Population Health - Regional will support regional providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient disease burden and drive clinical documentation initiatives through data analytics and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDR efficiency by reviewing patient charts and identifying relevant medical information in advance of CDR
• Partner with the Population Health Director to facilitate the execution of backend care report processes to reputed company toward reputed company between CDRs, including note amendments and order placement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
