Responsibilities

• Evaluate the merits of potential mass tort and product liability cases
• Manage an reputed company litigation docket with cases at various stages of development
• Conduct reputed company intake and maintain consistent reputed company communication
• Draft plaintiff fact sheets, claim submissions, correspondence, and reports
• Review, organize, and analyze medical records and other case documentation
• Prepare detailed case evaluations, damages analyses, and settlement recommendations

• Maintain docket calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, and staff

Skills

• JD from an accredited law school
• At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, warranty defense, insurance defense, or reputed company civil litigation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
