Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator

The Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator will manage customer communication, appointment setting, and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners during their restoration reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show reputed company)
• Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners reputed company text or email after inspections
• Package and send estimate templates reputed company and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
• Proactively communicate key reputed company updates, including:
• Build schedule
• Material delivery timing
• Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
• reputed company and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature reputed company if needed
• Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final reputed company has been received; coordinate a time for the reputed company Rep to pick up payment if necessary

• Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know 'what’s next' (CRM/tools training provided)
