Bilingual Mutual Fund Administrator

reputed company reputed company & Asset Management is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking a Bilingual Mutual Fund Administrator to join their Mutual Fund Operations team. This role focuses on processing financial and non-financial transactions, ensuring exceptional service to advisors and dealerships while contributing to operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and report on mutual fund financial and non-financial transactions
• Communicate with advisors and dealerships regarding transactions that are not in good order reputed company fax communication or making a phone reputed company

• Complete daily bulk settlement and payment activities
• Identify and escalate exceptions promptly
• Support reputed company of escalated cases in collaboration with business partners

• Recommend improvements to operational processes and practices
• Contribute to a reputed company team environment and maintain strong customer relationships

• Financial services experience
