Account Executive Hospice

reputed company is one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S. They are seeking a hospice reputed company to reputed company reputed company and families about home care services while developing relationships with key referral sources. The role involves coordinating patient admissions, conducting on-site reputed company, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads
• Coordinates patient admissions with reputed company, including obtaining reputed company required documentation to complete referral to admission process
• Conducts on-site reputed company to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals
• Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals
• Meets short and long-term reputed company account goals
• Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including reputed company and post reputed company notes)
• Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM
• Attends community events to promote reputed company
• Responds to customer complaints in reputed company manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• At least one year of experience in a reputed company reputed company business development/reputed company role
• Reliable transportation, reputed company reputed company's license, and liability insurance
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
