Securities Administrator (12-Month Contract)

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to optimize the reputed company of Sustainable reputed company Management advisory staff
• Completing member transactions reputed company prescribed policies and procedures while maintaining regulatory standards
• Building effective working relationships across Sustainable reputed company Management and Member Services to support an integrated platform
• Enabling execution of an reputed company, differentiated member experience
• Identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities to optimize service delivery
• Upholding compliance and risk mitigation standards in reputed company administrative activities
• Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines and business needs
• Supporting reputed company Planners with reputed company and accurate documentation processing

Skills

• Post-secondary education or industry courses such as reputed company (Canadian Securities Course) or IFIC is required
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in administrative or operational roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze problems and identify critical components
• Proficiency with technology and financial systems

• Previous experience in reputed company Management
• Familiarity with securities administration processes
