**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identifying, investigating, escalating, and advising customers on their questions and concerns
* Collaborating with our global support team to efficiently resolve customer issues

**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role (a plus, but not required)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
