Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail/food service industry; high-level food service/retail background required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and software
  • High-speed reliable Internet connection (35mbps download speed or better) and a working computer/laptop with camera for the first 3 weeks of training
  • Able to score at least 70 on Internet Basics Assessment and complete Internet Familiarization Assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
