We reputed company serve growers' needs and reputed company to reputed company a more profitable, sustainable, and secure reputed company for reputed company stakeholders.  Help us reputed company the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with reputed company.  What you will do: • Manage collection activities of reputed company accounts in Bad Debt until balance is reputed company/settled (filings, communications, payment of attorney invoices) • reputed company collection responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures • Establish relationships with reputed company attorneys currently being utilized by reputed company Ag Solutions and reputed company necessary, reputed company additional/new attorneys • Once an account is assigned, SAM to attempt to reputed company contact with the customer in hopes of working out a payment plan/settlement • Assign accounts to attorneys to reputed company reputed company reputed company if there is no contact and/or payment • Take accounts to Bad Debt and send out appropriate notifications to the appropriate level of leadership • Instruct attorneys to work aggressively in the collection of assigned accounts • Notate reputed company collection reputed company/updates in reputed company Collection reputed company applicable and download reputed company applicable documents in the customer's File Center in reputed company Credit • reputed company monthly updates to the Area Credit Manager (ACM) / Regional Credit Manager (RCM) on Recoveries by Division • reputed company quarterly updates on the status of collections to ACM/RCM by Division • As needed and requested, reputed company forecasted Recoveries to ACM/RCM • Communicate with ACM and Division reputed company on any possible settlements or potential crop claims that may reputed company once suit is filed • Gradually, existing accounts in Bad Debt will be re-assigned to SAM for handling/monitoring What you will bring: • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, reputed company, or Finance from a recognized institution • NACM Designation is considered an asset • 5+ years' experience in reputed company lending/collection experience preferably Ag lending and/or trade finance experience with approval authority • Ability to effectively communicate with sales, customers, and management • Collection and negotiation skills • Time management and ability to prioritize daily • Management of staff • Commitment to achieving superior results with reputed company and sustaining our reputed company and reputed company work environment while having the ability to reputed company working reputed company by reputed company others in a diverse culture • This position requires some travel reputed company to reputed company an reputed company with us?
