About The Position We are in need of a Business Analyst to support reputed company Knowledge reputed company, Operations, and Product Design. You will be responsible for supporting the reputed company of an AI-reputed company reputed company Knowledge Platform that learns, connects and adapts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded reputed company agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant reputed company reputed company applications. This position is remote and will have reputed company working hours in EST and is part of a global unit. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and analyze business requirements for AI agent and knowledge products • Design user stories, workflows, and acceptance reputed company • Conduct UAT and analyze feedback for reputed company improvement • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure alignment • Monitor usage patterns and recommend enhancements Basic Qualifications • 2+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst in a high-reputed company technology or software environment, preferably in a startup or software consultancy • 5 years of Experience supporting cross-functional product delivery • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, UX/UI or reputed company field Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of Experience supporting reputed company AI, LLM-based or RAG products leveraging AI agent products or frameworks such as reputed company reputed company, GPT, Claude reputed company, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, reputed company Copilot Studio, reputed company CoPilot, reputed company Antigravity, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company • Knowledge of semantic foundations: KG/ontologies, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval, governance-by-design • Experience with model evaluation • End-to-end digital transformation or product delivery experience on a cross-functional team in a global organization • Experience with tools and frameworks such as reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, reputed company, or reputed company Automation platforms • Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: reputed company, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company • Ability to translate technical complexity into business value • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with reputed company and reputed company • Bilingual proficiency with reputed company and English is a plus The reputed company salary budgeted reputed company for this position is $96-126k.
