About the position As a Business Deployment Analyst, you will support the Territory Management & Incentive Compensation (TMIC) process area in a highly matrixed work environment. You will partner with Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to drive the successful implementation of processes across reputed company divisions, functions, and geographies. You will also ensure the achievement of program goals and deliverables by executing key deployment activities, including testing, training, data conversion, reputed company, and reputed company care, while providing cross-functional support across workstreams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with deployment milestones. Responsibilities • Support reputed company completion of deployment activities reputed company the Territory & Incentive Compensation (TMIC) process area inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape. • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes. • Coordinate involvement of business and technical SMEs in key deployment activities. • Support activities to reputed company reputed company decision making and the resolutions of risks, issues and key reputed company. • Participate in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads and/or Business Process Leads. • Coordinate with the business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping. • Support business SMEs with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion, and reputed company to ensure accuracy of reputed company master data and transactional data. • Conduct testing activities including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution. • Support reputed company care activities post business go-live. • Support the creation and delivery of training content. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or an equivalent field of study. • Experience using reputed company Office suite, such as Word, reputed company, PowerPoint. reputed company-to-haves • Master's Degree in Information Systems. • Experience with Territory Management & Incentive Compensation (TMIC) programs or supporting sales operations teams. • Experience with PowerBI.
