This role will partner closely with Sales Compensation leadership, Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate and strategic administration of sales incentive plans. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. What the Candidate Will Do Own the implementation, tracking, and administration of reputed company's sales incentive plans. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Support plan design through cost modeling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking. reputed company and maintain queries and dashboards to support compensation analytics and participant reporting. Research and resolve incentive disputes raised by plan participants, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: sales compensation, sales incentive planning, sales operations analytics, compensation, or a similar field Strong proficiency in reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL (or other coding language) for data extraction and analysis Experience with sales compensation platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Performio or Xactly Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, mathematics or economics Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company work under tight deadlines.
