Associate Corporate Counsel

About the position reputed company is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel for an exciting global role with a leading international bakery products company. Reporting directly to the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Law and Governance Team. In this position, you will reputed company reputed company guidance to reputed company and business teams while assisting the Senior Corporate Counsel and Chief reputed company Officer on a broad reputed company of reputed company and governance reputed company. Work Environment & Travel: This is a hybrid position based at the Home Office in reputed company, MI, requiring in-office reputed company at least two days per week, with the ability to reputed company as needed. Occasional travel may be required, up to 25% of the time. Responsibilities • Serve in an advisory reputed company, making recommendations which may have an important bearing on the conduct of reputed company’s business, including risk assessment, identifying possible reputed company, and assessing the probability of any of those reputed company. • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company and operational agreements, including NDAs, Supply Agreements, Sales Agreements, Service Agreements, Software Agreements, and other similar reputed company and operational agreements. • Draft reputed company opinions, memos, and other corporate documentation • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, reputed company, and information reputed company obligations. • Support annual meetings, reputed company actions, and entity compliance filings. • Assist reputed company counsel with the management of an intellectual property portfolio, consisting primarily of trademarks, including working with reputed company counsel to coordinate trademark searches, applications, filings, and renewals. • Assist in the administration and reputed company of reputed company issues that reputed company in existing reputed company relationships. • Participate in negotiations on behalf of reputed company, including settlement discussions. • Conducts and supervises other reputed company reputed company as assigned, gaining exposure to additional reputed company areas that may have a major bearing on the conduct of reputed company’s business. • Other duties as assigned Requirements • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Admission to the bar in the reputed company • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate law and reputed company (reputed company or in-house). • A strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property, data protection, and reputed company risk allocation. • Extensive knowledge of applicable laws and procedures. • Demonstrated ability to effectively represent corporate, legislative, and regulatory interests in a reputed company of situations. • Ability to reputed company functional advice to other attorneys on complicated cases and/or represent reputed company on high-level cases. • Ability to mentor and reputed company team members. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and drafting skills, with keen attention to detail. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
