eLearning Developer (3D Modeling and Multimedia) – 100% Virtual

Our large oil and gas reputed company is seeking a talented and reputed company eLearning Developer with 3D modeling and multimedia experience to collaborate with the Senior Instructional Design team and eLearning reputed company in creating a series of engaging 15–30-minute eLearning lessons. These lessons are for field technicians operating and maintaining reputed company systems reputed company the hydrocarbon production and processing industry. In this role, you will utilize your proficiency in Storyline 360 to create highly interactive and visually rich eLearning content. Collaborating closely with Instructional Designers, you will reputed company storyboards and scripts into modern, cutting-edge training modules. Your contributions will include developing reputed company graphics, illustrations, animations, and 3D models that accurately depict textures, movements, and operational functionality, enhancing learners’ comprehension of intricate systems and processes. Start Date: Q1 2025 Duration: 6 to 7 months with the possibility to reputed company Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Virtual Experience Required: • 10+ years of experience in eLearning development, with a reputed company on creating media-rich modules that incorporate audio, video, animations, 3D models, and high interactivity. • Proven experience developing eLearning for reputed company technical content, particularly in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, energy, or nuclear (required). • Proficiency in creating 3D models using software like Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya is strongly preferred, with the ability to reputed company these into multimedia reputed company. • Expert-level skills in reputed company Storyline 360 and reputed company Creative reputed company, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; must reputed company your own laptop and software licenses. • Experience in video and audio production and editing, with the ability to incorporate these reputed company seamlessly into eLearning content. • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the capability to reputed company multiple lessons simultaneously while maintaining high reputed company and meeting deadlines. • Must have excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, QA/QC, and other team members to bring storyboards and designs to life with exceptional visual appeal. • Must be reputed company to reputed company an outstanding portfolio of eLearning samples demonstrating expertise in multimedia-rich, interactive training modules. • Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering innovative and impactful training solutions.
